因為新冠肺炎疫情的影響，短期內無法在各中心開課及靜坐。徐老師及蘇老師決定開辦網上授課，共計四堂課，歡迎有意學習人能静坐法的同修到網站上報名。網上授課連結網址另行通知。本期網上授課因技術及资源限制只能使用中文講解，若有不便敬請見諒。

您可以使用電腦或智慧型手機网上報名

You can fill the registration form online and submit form online or print hardcopy of registration form, and fill the required information, then deliver to class location. 

若輸入區域標記 ‘required’ 則必需填資料,否則不能送出 (If input field marked ‘required’, you must fill the information, otherwise, the registration form can not be submitted.)

報名表成功送出後,您會收到系統自動發出收到報名表郵件通知 (System will automatical response the receipt of your registration form)

人能靜坐班工作人員會發出郵件報名確認通知 (after you submit form successfully, then HEM staff will sent Email to confirm your registration)
